Kenny Koh has been in the business brokering industry since the year 2001. He holds a degree in Economics and qualified as a licensed broker in the year 2004. With close to 15 years of active experience in the brokering industry, he is well positioned to provide his inputs to guiding would-be Sellers the important fundamentals required for the best possible outcome before taking their businesses to the market.
His local commercial experience covered two years in a business partnership in the seafood import business where his company brought in mainly flake fillets for supply to the seafood wholesalers for distribution to the fish and chips shops. His business experience was further enriched with an additional three years of business partnership as an importer and supplier of disposable packaging products catering to the wholesalers and distributors in the food and hospitality industry. Over this five-year period, it had gained him a wealth of knowledge of this industry.
Having owned his own businesses before, he is therefore very intimately in tune with the challenges and the ups and downs of running a business.
This unique combination of experience gives him the advantage in understanding the intricacies of buying and selling a business. It places him well in knowing how to strategise the needs and challenges of the Seller to present the Seller’s business in the best possible light in the market whilst at the same time understands well the needs of the Buyers from the buyers’ perspective what they look for and what makes them tick. He would always strive to provide a solution-driven approach to bring the two parties together to enhance the prospect of a sale.
